Garlic Scapes ! If you love garlic, you'll these garlic scapes! They are the top of the garlic plant, and have to be harvested so they don't go to seed and take all the energy away from the bulb. Garlic scapes can be eaten raw, stir fried or made into pesto! I just got inspired by one of our members to try a kale and scape pesto and it was amazing!

New this week, sugar snaps! One of our family favourites! It's going to be a short and sweet season for them, poor germination this spring, so enjoy them this week!

We've been busy seeding fall crops and weeding, weeding, weeding! Also setting up more and more water lines, I have a feeling it's going to be a loonnngg hot summer.

Pick-up again at Whole Health outside between 3-430pm. Please let me know if you can't make it between that time. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully Whole Health will open soon & times will be extended. Thank you for your patience.

Enjoy the STRAWBERRIES too!

Also, HAPPY CANADA DAY!!! Cheers!
