Squash, the great harbinger of summer, has arrived on the scene despite the cool weather. I love this time of year, despite how insanely busy we get on the farm, because of the seasons melting together. We get to enjoy a mix of cool season and warm season crops together on our menu. But this year is going to top all years for a while because we finally got to replace our aged grumpy unreliable gator!!!!
