Farm Happenings for July 19, 2022

Posted on July 14th, 2022 by Shiloh Avery

After 2020's 90 inches of rain, I never thought I'd get to a point where I was hoping for rain.  But we got there this year.  It seems like rain prayers or dances or whatever folks have been doing works just a little too well and it has rained virtually every day for the past 2 weeks, causing some issues with plant disease.  So we can stop hoping for rain again.  Thanks :)

Jason and I sneaked off to develop more paddling skills on the ice-cold Nantahala River this past weekend so the blog went on vacation.
