What you're looking at is our brand spanking new packing facility INSIDE our heated greenhouse. Normally, we wash and pack everything in our outdoor packing shed. But instead of freezing our butts off, we thought... why not utilize the space we already heat all winter? So here it is. Made especially to grow food when it's very, very cold. It isn't totally finished yet, but Jason has been working on it all week. Yay!
