Yep, that's celery sorbet!
I've been looking for ways to feature celery, so why not dessert?
We've got our packing system down so last week we made only 1 mistake (if you were the victim of missing beets, let us know! It could have been Cory's counting at New Life Farm). This week, we're aiming for perfect!
The cold weather has been slowing our production down quite a bit, and delaying some planting. I can't believe we're still protecting from frost on May 13th (of course, the current record for late from was May 19, so...)! Also, Kaitie is leaving us in a bit to coordinate a cool non-profit project here in Wilkes and we're looking to fill her shoes if you know of anyone interested in joining our super hero team. We'll even identify your mundane super power!
