The Fourth Week of the Spring CSA Program

Welcome to the fourth week of our Spring CSA program!  We are halfway through the first season and the farm is in full swing.  The fields are planted and thriving with so many different varieties and our team has been busy harvesting by hand every morning so we provide an honestly fresh, high-quality ingredient for our members to enjoy.  We understand that one of the benefits of joining a CSA program is that you are provided with seasonal varieties that were harvested from the farm and delivered directly to you.  This authentic connection maintains both the flavor and the integrity of the ingredient because it is harvested at its peak and prepared in your kitchen within days, sometimes hours.  We are very proud to be a part of this farm-to-table connection and cannot wait to see all the amazing meals you prepare with your items this week.  Make sure to tag us on Instagram and Facebook so we can share with everyone else in our community.  It has been exciting getting to meet each and every one of you at CSA distribution and luckily, we are only halfway through the Spring season so there are more weeks to celebrate and enjoy.
