Greetings from the farm,
I hope everyone is staying warm this weekend as this cold weather is moving in. The market was super cold today but the boys were a troops. After market today I did do something special for them and took them to the Ohio National Poultry Show. And of course they came home with new chickens and ducks. Michael was so excited as he got to talk some of the breeders and was learning more about chicken genetics and he is so excited to breed some of his new chickens.
Before the cold weather came in this week, the kids enjoyed the last few warms day playing outside and taking Daphne on a walk. Josh as been helping out harvesting and has had a lot of late nights trying to get harvest done before Thanksgiving. We have been have late night dinners in the field this week. We are super busy trying to get ready for holiday . We will doing pie orders for the week of Thanksgivings so they will be ready to order next week.
