Happy Holidays

Posted on December 18th, 2020 by Lynne Schultz

Greetings everyone,

Josh, myself and kids would like to start of by saying thank you for all that you have done for us this year. As we get to finally say good by to 2020, we start to reflect on what has happen this year. We have many things happen to us but the things that stays the same is the support we get from you and you will never know how much that means to us. Our family wishes you safe and happy holiday season and wishing everyone a better year to come.

As we close the 2020 season we are getting ready for the 2021 season. Sign-ups for our 2021 CSA season starts today. You can sign up by clicking the link https://www.harvie.farm/signup/schultz-valley-farms.

Please take not that we will only have a limited amount of eggshares right now. We don't want to sell more than what we can predict we are going to have plus making sure that our flock makes it through the winter and spring with getting attcked by the mink and fox again. So the eggshares are the early bird gets the worm. We have a waitlist for those that miss out and hopefully we will get to expand the number this spring.

We are also holding off on hamburger and griller shares until later this year. Butchering dates are backed up and we want to make sure that we can get in. Please let me know if you have any question.

As for this weeks vegetables they are pretty much the same as last week. Winter means alot of greens and root vegetables. Although our family just finshed our last tomatoes for the season today. This week there are baked goods on the share. And for add on we do have a few smoked ham roast for the Christmas season.

Again we thank everyone for a great year and hope to see you back next year.

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year,

Love The Schultz Family
