Well we are officially half way through the season. And we finally got a week that was at least less eventful. With summer season half way over we are now getting ready to plant for the fall season. The beds are getting shaped and fall root crops are getting ready to be planted. Pumpkins and winter squash are taking off. We got our second set of meat chickens last week. And still have one more to come. In the fruit share there will be cantaloupe and blackberries but don't what other fruit there will be this week. My sisters apples are almost ready so I don't know if we get any this week to add to your baskets. Corn will be ready next week we were hoping to have it this week but it is about 4 days away from being ready.
