Hello and happy almost Summer! Early Summer still brings plenty of Spring goodies we're excited to pack in your boxes this week. We're still playing catch up after being rained out of our fields all of May but getting a little closer each week as the crew and I work tirelessly to utilize every weather window. Onions, peppers, eggplants, summer squash and tomatoes are all finally in with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, melons and winter squash still in queue. While it may have been a bumpy start to the year there's still lots of delicious nutritious food to look forward to : )
