These little babies are going in the ground this week in our high tunnel greenhouses. It's a mix of Swiss chard, kale, collards and lettuce. (Yes it's still way too cold and early to plant squash and tomatoes!) BUT hiding under that white blanket to the left is our early crop of tomatoes that will go in the high tunnels in another 3-4 weeks! Soon we will also replant spinach, arugula, bok choy, cilantro and more. The trick is to get them producing good before the winter crops completely peter out.
