Prepping for Spring planting has begun! I love the smell of fresh tilled soil in the spring. After going all winter without smelling the tilled soil it's like a glass of cold water on a hot summer day. So refreshing!
This week we will plant lettuce, kale, collards and Swiss Chard to replace our soon to be wore out winter crops.
