The garlic crop is harvested! The picture shows our garlic factory operation where we chops the tops off and set on trays with big fans blowing on them to cure them out. See them in your boxes in a few weeks!
I'm waiting on fields to dry up so I can do another round of planting and then I'm planning to head out for a few days and leave the farm with my trusty crew. Lori will be checking emails and I will too but it may take me a little longer to respond.
