It's hard to believe it already time to start seeds for the fall! We have a lot of trays of brussels sprouts and broccoli started with kale, collards, chard and more soon to follow.
These will get planted in the field by the end of the month, then some will be ready to harvest by October. The brussels sprouts take forever though! Probably not ready until December.
