The greens are coming, I promise! (and yes the weeds too, but we'll get those taken care of if/when it dries up) Our lacinato and red Russian kales and collards are looking great. Spinach and bok choy is sprouted and our arugula is popping up too.
We are still harvesting lots of okra and eggplant, but it will start to slow down soon. See some recipe ideas in a separate email. But if you're tired of it you can always swap it out.
