After a several month process of designing, researching, purchasing and waiting we finally have something to show for our new walk in cooler. We have an army of smaller walk in coolers and walk in cooler trailers that stay maxed out. This will greatly enhance our cooling capacity and allow for more efficiency of moving products around.
Jose is the handsome fella in the picture. He and I have tackled many construction projects together with more always on the horizon!
