We've been soaking up the sun like an old sponge. Sun up to sun down planting these days as we race to catch up on spring planting and get fields ready for summer crops soon to come. The picture shows Yoser, Jose and Casey planting kale last week. We also planted potatoes, broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower as well as kohl rabi, Swiss chard and more. Y'all soak up some sun when you can. It does the body and soul a whole lot of good!
