Hey there,
A note about the critters we are keeping. In a few weeks we will have beef back in stock, all the cuts, roasts, bones, ground, etc. They are grass fed and finished and are a angus x shorthorn cross.
We also have a handful of chickens left in the freezer, and the Saturday of Thanksgiving we will have fresh Turkeys available. They are the large white breed, have been fed a GMO free feed and last year the average weight was around 16lbs.
In October we may have some pork available too, so we will let you know as we getting closer to the butcher date.
