Happy Thanksgiving from HAFA!!

Nyob Zoo Xyoo Tshiab!!

(Happy New Year!!)

Welcome to the HAFA Thanksgiving Share! We are very thankful for your membership and the support you give to local food and Hmong farmers in our community. Our special Thanksgiving share coincides with the Hmong New Year, and started as a pet project of our former food hub director, Yao Yang. Along with one-time add-on turkeys from Ferndale Market and farmer-crafted artworks from ArtCrop, the Thanksgiving produce share is now one of our most popular CSA offerings, and we look forward to bringing it to you each year. After many weeks of preparation and planning, we are very excited to share what's in store for you this week!

Feel free to bring your own bags to carry your produce, or take the CSA box with you -- no need to return it this time. Plan on a very robust share containing 25-30 pounds of produce. After all, we want to make sure you have everything you need for a fabulous family feast!

As a heads up, we are unable to hold on to any unclaimed veggie shares, ArtCrop shares, or turkeys after 3:00 PM on Friday, November 22.

It has been a pleasure bringing you the HAFA CSA this year. Have a wonderful winter season, and remember to eat your veggies!

With gratitude,

Pakou, Janssen, Leah, Chang, Dao X., Dao Y., Chuphenj, Noah, James, and the HAFA Farmers
