Greetings everyone! We are really excited to be starting up a CSA again, we haven't run one in almost 5 years.
The weather this spring has not been kind for market gardening, so our first few weeks are going to be a bit light on product and variety. As you can see from the photo above we have been getting some serious weather systems over our farm, that is a photo I took a few days ago of a wall cloud (precursor to a tornado) that rolled past our place. The clouds have brought an abundance of rain, but cool and not a lot of sun, so many of our more exciting crops are behind schedule.
We are going to make up for the lack of variety by including a jar of Mob Honey in the first delivery. The bees live on our farm, and we partner with Mob Honey to produce some pretty epic wild honey.
