Winter Share Week 6!

This is right about the time of year when the storage crops reach the end of their road. In particular, the yellow potatoes we grew this year are beginning to sprout in storage, but they're still tasty! We have a 20 lb box available this week for $20, as a delivery extra with your share. They're great for mashed potatoes, roasting in the oven with a chicken (or with other root veggies), or sauteing for breakfast. Use 'em up soon!

We've also added a Bulk Beef Box and 2 Chicken Bundles to Harvie, so you can stock your freezer and save $$ on our pasture-raised meats. For this week only, if you add $6 of ANY EXTRAS to your share (meat, eggs, cheese, bread or veggies), we will include a free dozen eggs with your share.

A reminder that you can pick up your on-farm share anytime from 2 to 6 pm on Friday, 7 am - 6 pm on Saturday, or 7 am - 6 pm on Sunday. Even if the sign says 'closed', your share is inside on the cart or in the fridge! :) If you have eggs, meat or cheese, they'll be labeled separately in the fridge/ freezer! Just look for a label with your name.

We mulch our garlic, almost half an acre, with free leaves from Huey's business. He's our neighbor and said he could use a few more jobs this winter, give him a call!
