Farm Happenings for November 12, 2019

Posted on November 8th, 2019 by Sarah Rider

We had our first big freeze on Friday night, with a low around 22 degrees -- That means that most of the storage veggies came out of the field last week..including all the fall Napa Cabbage. Other crops that have filled the cooler include rutabaga, beets, savoy cabbage, and watermelon radishes. You'll see plenty of these veggies and lots more in the Thanksgiving and Winter Shares!
