Farm Happenings for Week of April 19, 2021

The sights and sounds of spring are all around us here at the farm.  This season of first blooms is not only evident in the fields where we're growing crops and raising animals, but in the little corners of the property where daffodils, hyacinths, and others are happily peaking out of the ground and showing off their color.  As we look forward to summer, take advantage of storage crops like potatoes and sweet potatoes and of course, those tender greens and lettuces we continue to harvest.  Eat & be well!
