All the fall feeling and more!

Posted on August 26th, 2022 by Angela Bedient

With August winding down the veggies are telling us Fall is coming!  We have all the squash showing up now for you to shop, Spaghetti, Acorn, Butternut, Butter baby and Delicata.

We still have abundance of tomatoes, onions and peppers for all your canning needs.

The spinach had suffered some hail damage but is back in full swing for all your salad making, cooking, canning and freezing!

We also have loads of garlic drying and fresh if you'd like to stock up and dry for the winter!  White and Red.

Salad mix and arugula join the spinach and kale too!  So get your fill of greens, mix and match!

We still have dabs of green beans, yellow beans and some summer squash and zucchini, these are first come first served.

Sweet corn is still available for this week, then we will have a slight break before another planting ripens.

Carrots too are limited until the next ones get some size to them.  Don't forget we have celery too!  Freeze and store some of this for winter soups!

There is again so much to choose from and we hope you are able to fill all of your veggie needs each week.  Let us know if you don't see something you'd like!

Thank you so much for supporting our small family farms and organic and regenerative farming practices!
