Here at the farm, we've all been able to take some time off the past few weeks while still getting the carrots washed and your CSA boxes packed and delivered. January will continue to be a busy time for both our warehouse (we'll be washing carrots into March!) and our office (crop planning for the season ahead, budgets to create for each area of the business and, of course, our early 2019 summer CSA sign up campaign, which starts NOW!).
