Welcome to our Winter Farm Share CSA Program!  We'd like to thank you for being a member of our farm this season! This is the email you will receive, every other Tuesday morning, the week before your delivery pickup week, which lets you know what's in your share and what is available to "swap out," should you want to make changes to what you'll receive in your share.  You'll also be able to order extra items, for an additional fee.  If you need any help with maneuvering through the swapping process, please check out this help document here.  Or, the folks at Harvie are happy to help; just email them with any technical questions at support@harvie.zendesk.com for their prompt assistance.

The deadline for making changes and/or additions to your share is on Friday by 7:30am.  On Friday morning, we'll then begin the work of washing and packing your veggies and getting your personalized share all set up and beautiful for you!

 

Below are some more reminders on your farm share with us this season, for your review:

(1) Did you set your Vegetable Preferences? We'll use these to determine the perfect box made just for you based on what is available for each bi-weekly delivery.  Please be sure to go back into your account at www.harvie.farm/login to set or review your preferences.  Please note that our list of vegetables includes everything we grow at the farm in the calendar year, so many of our summer crops will not be available for winter delivery.

(2) Deadline for Picking up your Share is Closing on Delivery Day + Pickup Details: 

*Per your member agreement with our farm, shares must be picked up on the day of delivery.  Shares not gathered by closing on delivery day are considered forfeit.  Please do not ask our host sites to make special arrangements as they are already doing us a great service by allowing us to delivery our shares via their stores.

*Please make sure to take the box with your name on it.  Our shares are customized for each individual member, so taking the wrong share creates disappointment for other fellow members and a lot of problems and extra work for the farm.  When sending someone in your place to collect your share, please make sure to tell them to look for the box with your name on it.

*Please return your box from the previous week when you pick up on the following one:  with the exception of our Whole Foods pickup sites (they do not allow box return), we like to reuse our boxes.  Your site will have an area for you to return yours from the previous week when you pick up the following one.  Please break down your box so it is flat and easier for storage.

(3) We'll be sending you a pickup reminder email so that you don't forget your share on delivery day.  These will go out on delivery weeks on Tuesday mornings (for both Wednesday and Thursday pickup days).  Please make sure to mark your calendars, set an alert on your phone, or whatever memory devise works best for you.  If you forget to pick up your share, it is considered forfeit.
