Week 26
The warm weather has spurred growth on things that we thought may have been late for this season. Things in our big greenhouse are growing incredibly fast and will be ready for harvest by Thanksgiving week. Another highlight of this week's warm weather is our ability to work comfortably outside, although it is a little too reminiscent of Summer. Produce in the field is getting big and we expect to have a big harvest of cauliflower this week, with regular broccoli, purple broccoli, purple sprouting broccoli, romanesco cauliflower and purple cauliflower maturing in the next couple of weeks.
