Good Morning!
I was gone with my daughter for a class trip the last few days. Took a walk around the greenhouse & fields this morning to get a feel of what crops are ready and what crops are close. It is amazing how much everything has grown in just a few days! Things are really starting to pop! It has been cold the last few mornings, hoping we are past the threat of frost and soon we can start to take the frost cloth off. Right now the fields just look like a bunch of white. While we can uncover the crops just a little bit to see what is going on underneath. It is always so fun to take the blankets all the way off and see the fields full of green.
