The most exciting thing this week?! Asparagus season has arrived! Super excited to have this spring favorite available.
As we turn the calendars to May we move from jogging to running full steam ahead here at the farm. The week day markets start. We are planting and taking care of the plants in the field along with everything in the greenhouse.
The fields are dry right now. While it was nice to not have as much snow this winter, it did leave us needing water. Just checked the weather and it says 100% chance of rain tonight so that sounds promising! :)
