Today I am going to introduce you to my favorite farmer, my husband Mitch.
We have 2 kids, Ellie & Ben.
Mitch takes care of the crop management in the greenhouses and fields. He fixes the equipment when it breaks. Works with the chefs at the restaurants we sell to. He also attends the Kalamazoo Farmers Market on Saturday’s.
I asked him what he likes most about farming and said he enjoys the variety of the work. Also, working outside.
His favorite crop to grow is beans. He did not have a particular reason, he just likes to.
