Hi Everyone
Savoy cabbage, and tomatillos are new items this week. Sweet corn, green beans and green onions are looking good. Strawberries are back too! With this heat we will start picking melons later in the week and maybe even watermelon.
Abbi is excited for the return of strawberry (in the pic) Abbi has been working with us every summer for the past 5 years. She just finished her first year of fire fighter college in Peterborough. She is definitely a veteran around here now, she can handle csa share pack, farmers market lead, farm store retail and inventory, sweet corn stand, and plays a big role in the fall come corn maze time. She'll even jump in and handle doing chores for the livestock. She has definitely become a jack of all trades.
Keep an eye on your email as we will be opening up winter/spring csa sign up in the next few weeks.
As always put out or return any boxes, red bags, or good egg cartons, we'll use them.
