First off;

Hello Everyone!

If you're new, welcome to the Farm Family! We are very excited to have you on the program this summer & we hope you enjoy it. If you have already received some deliveries so far this summer, we hope you are enjoying them & you may see some repeat points as we are catching up the members who may just be starting.

Current Updates:

  • Farm Wedding!
    • Trenton & Kelsey are getting married Saturday, June 27th @the farm so we will be closing at 3pm! The gate swill be closed.
    • This affects farm pick up members so please come early that day OR wait until Sunday. Thank you!

  • Know Your Shares: We have a record number of members on our program this summer, and time is tight for answering help emails all day (we will always be there to help you, it may just take us a lot longer to get back to you).
    • Not everyone has the same share as you on the program, we have members receiving shares every week (weekly), every other week (bi-weekly), & monthly (once a month). SOO, know your shares for the times you may receive emails that are for all members and you'll be able to know if it affects your share.
    • Write down you delivery/pick up days on a calendar
    • Set alarms on your phones when your shares are coming.
    • Your HARVIE account has many of your answers :) The emails you receive tell you exactly what you will be getting that delivery.
    • READ YOUR EMAILS!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

  • We Sometimes Miss Items...
    • We do a lot of counting & packing during the week & sometimes we miss putting an item in a box or in an extras order.
    • Just email us! We have accepted that we are only human and mistakes happen.
    • If we miss something of yours, we will get those items to you!
  • Return Boxes, Red Freezer Bags, Mason Jars & 12 holeEgg Cartons ~
    • Yes you can return these items! We like to reuse as much as we can :)
    • You can leave them out your next delivery for the driver to get when they drop of your next order. If you are a pick up, you can leave the items at that location and we will grab them.
    • If your red bag has a water bottle in it, leave it in! It's an icepack to help keep the items frozen during delivery. We refreeze them and use them multiple times.

How to Return your items:

  1. Remove the stickers from the box &/or red cooler bags.
  2. Quickly clean them and leave them outside for the delivery driver to grab or leave them neatly at your pick up location.
  3. If you pick up at the Farm store, we have a spot for you to leave them.
  4. Egg Cartons, Bags & jars can be left with the box as well.

If you &/or your family are currently quarantined, Please keep your items for now.

  • Cheat Sheet:
    • We are very close to having it done ! We had planned to have it out at the beginning of the season BUT we've learned new things, had issues brought to our attention & we have had great questions for us to explain.
    • This has delayed the releasing of it but its almost done!
  • Visiting the Farm: We are working on getting special, social distance friendly, farm events for you all to get out of the house. As members, you will receive discounts for these!
    • DOG SATURDAYS: Our insurance company finally let us have dogs on the property!!! But only one day a week. Keep your eyes open for when we begin those.
    • U-Pick: To-be-determined. We plan to have it open- we just don't know when or how it's going to operate so stay tuned.
