Week 19 - Hello all, its been another quick week at Camron Ridge. We have started the the transition back to winter crops, which means cleaning out hoophouses of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and such. These tunnels are then planted to winter crops like spinach, lettuce mix, bok choi, greens of all sorts, radish, turnip and the like. The change over is always hard fought but exciting with all the winter fare we can grow for people during the winter months here in the Willamette Valley.
