Visit Big River Farms (BRF) during the annual Co-op Farm Tour! We're part of the Eastern Region farm tours happening on Saturday, July 16th from 10am-4pm. This annual event is brought to you by 13 local food co-op partners who believe that supporting local growers is vital to strengthening our communities, the environment, and our local food systems.
The Co-op Farm Tour is a unique opportunity to explore local farms, connect with local farmers who provide you with nutritious produce, and inspire one another to support them. This is a self-guided day open to the general public and is free for anyone to attend.
Come meet BRF farm staff and emerging farmers in our education program, take a wagon ride through our organic production fields at 11:00am, or join a guided farm tour beginning on each hour throughout the day. If you're lucky, several BRF farmers may be selling their freshly picked veggies at a market stand here for you to take home that day.
