Welcome to Week 27! This week's apples will be Cameo and Macoun. We are also harvesting- eggplant, peppers, lettuces, broccoli, kale, carrots, radishes, beets, cilantro, dill, and parsley. Some of the items available for swapping this week are- cabbage, swiss chard, scallions, collards, leeks, cucumbers, and summer squash. We produce a huge variety of our own local fruits, vegetables, and flowers grown using only sustainable and USDA certified organic production methods. We take soil and water conservation and the stewardship of our farm land very seriously, and have therefore permanently preserved all of the farm land we own.
