Welcome to Week 7! This week's strawberry harvest is absolutely delicious! We're also excited to bring you carrots the first time this season! This week's herb plants are Basil and Thai Basil, and there are a few other herb varieties available for swapping, in case you would like to add a few more to your garden this year. This week's harvest also includes asparagus, which is coming to an end in the next couple of weeks so be sure to store and freeze what you can while you still have time!

We take soil and water conservation and the stewardship of our farm land very seriously, and have therefore permanently preserved all of the farm land we own.
