Hi everyone! We’re excited to be planting in our high tunnels and greenhouses, getting ready for the upcoming CSA season. Our production team has been busy pruning apple trees, and just last week we transplanted our greenhouse tomato plants in our greenhouse! This week there are a few fun homegrown items being harvested- arugula, radishes, cilantro, and tatsoi! We also are offering a few St. Patrick’s Day favorites- including cabbage, potatoes, corned beef, and our Mint Chip Ice Cream! We produce a huge variety of our own local fruits, vegetables, and flowers grown using only sustainable and USDA certified organic production methods. We take soil and water conservation and the stewardship of our farm land very seriously, and have therefore permanently preserved all of the farm land we own.
