In our market this week, we called this our "Red, White, and Blueberry Weekend" in honor of July 4th, we are continuing the theme with this week's shares- red currants, white cauliflower, and of course blueberries! These are not the only fun items this week- we are harvesting an abundance of summer squash, and new this week we'll have cucumbers and pickling cucumbers! We take soil and water conservation and the stewardship of our farm land very seriously, and have therefore permanently preserved all of the farm land we own.
