Week 18 is here! Did I call it the week of the tomato before? We can call this The Week of the Tomato and Cucumber! We have so many awesome things coming out of the field... the newest planting of cucumbers is absolutely amazing so everyone will be getting plenty of cucumbers along with corn, peppers, tomatoes, and fun new things this week- Paula Red and Red Free apples! We’ll share a few fun ways to prepare the apples later this week, so stay tuned! -Trish

We produce a huge variety of our own local fruits, vegetables, and flowers grown using only sustainable and USDA certified organic production methods. We take soil and water conservation and the stewardship of our farm land very seriously, and have therefore permanently preserved all of the farm land we own. We have made a long-term commitment to agriculture in Chester as well as in New Jersey. We love what we do and we love serving you!
