Whether you are new or returning, check out the following tips for an awesome season!
- Make sure you are going to your pick up location on the correct day during the pick up window. The email you get on Monday will have this information in it, but if you are ever unsure, please reach out and ask!
- PRO TIP: Set a calendar reminder in your phone on your pick up day!
- If you miss your pick up, technically your box will be donated. However, most of our locations can be a little flexible. If you pick up at a business, you can contact that business to see if your box is still there. If you pick up at a residence, please do not go to the residence outside of your pick up window. We ask that you be respectful of the community members who are allowing folks to come to their home.
- When you go to grab you share, please TRIPLE check that you have the box with your name on it. We have several members with the same first name, so please make sure you have the right box!
- When picking up, please take the bag of veggies out of your box, remove your name label from the box (some folks like to stick it to their bag so they have a record of what should be in there!), and break the box down, leaving it in the bin that is provided. We kindly ask that you don't take the box home with you, as it tends to take them a while to make it back to us. Re-using our boxes is one of the ways we are able to keep our costs low! Thank you for your help with this!
- If you ever have any issues with anything regarding our program, we want to know about it! Let me know if you are having trouble with making swaps in your box, updating your card info, if your box is ever missing anything that you were supposed to get, or there is a quality issue - please reach out!! We work very hard to create an awesome program for you, and if there are things we can do better, we want to know about it!
