Welcome to the Fall Season

Hello everyone,

I would like to say welcome back to our Summer CSA members and welcome to our new members. I am a little late sending our email out the week but just got done with fair week. So now that we are done with fair we can focus back to projects and harvest here on the farm. This week we have many greens to choose from arugula to swiss chard. We also have many root crops and potatoes to choose from. We do also have some apples this week more to come next week. Meat we are low on this week and we will be going Thursday to pick up beef, pork, and chicken.

Josh and Lynne farm with their four kids in the rolling hills in Bremen OH. Our family believes in producing farm fresh quality products for consumers in the local community. We believe it is important for consumers to know where their food comes from as well as educating consumers about the important role that agriculture plays in the community. As being young farmers it is important for us to work towards providing sustainable agriculture to the community. As our operation continues, we believe it is important to become more efficient in what we are doing not only to save us time but help preserve and maintain the environment around us. Our farm continues to work and improve on conservation practices to help maintain a positive relationship between the farming operation, wildlife, and land around us.
