Hey there, hope everyone had a good long weekend! Hot and sunny, excellent beach and shade lounging weather. And speaking of sun, our sunflowers are starting to flower and they look awesome. So we wanted to make sure you had first dibs on these lovely little bunches. Many of our solanacaea or nightshade family plants are starting to fruit in this lovely sun and heat. We have struggled a bit with eggplants in the past, but this year they look excellent, so dust off your favourite eggplant babaganoush, curry, parm, and hasselback recipes, because hopefully you will get to try them all.
