Have you gotten our snap peas? They are insanely sweet and crunchy and unfortunately won't be around for long, so get them while you can!

This week, we're sharing a well kept Egyptian secret, Fava Bean Falafel. Shhhh don't tell anyone we told you! ?

Spice up your week with some extras:

• Oak Spring Farm Raspberries

• Oak Spring Farm Chipotle Salt

Cuke, I am your fava! ?

We love to cook as much as we love to grow healthy, delicious ingredients, because there's nothing better than sharing a tasty home cooked meal. That's why we share tips and our favorite recipes that use our crops on our blog!

This week, we're pulling back the curtain on fava beans. They are uncommon, delicious, and only around for a short part of the season. If you are new to these delicacies, try your hand at our Fantastic Fava Falafel, it's a quick and delicious way to bring the Mediterranean home!
