Farm Happenings with 2 weeks left! Auto-Renew starts Monday

Posted on November 4th, 2022 by Lisa Duff

Do you make checklists?

We do. And here's what the crew has been working on as the season winds down.

  • plant the garlic so we can have big beautiful garlic in 2023
  • seed carrots in the high tunnel
  • clear beds, prep, and seed cover crops to feed the soil and prevent erosion over the winter
  • organize all the row covers, landscape fabric, and irrigation accessories so we know what we need to replace, repair and purchase.
  • winterized the high tunnels
  • service the UTV and tractor
  • the list goes on...and that's just the outdoor work!

Truth be told..it's been beautiful weather to get outdoor chores done.

However, I've been stuck in my office chair a good bit lately- check your email for our 2023 CSA updates.

I've decided to auto-renew Spring and Whole Season shares.

Make any changes you like as soon as today.

2023 shares are being uploaded as we speak!

Woo Hoo another successful year under our belts and another one taking shape.

I'm excited to be on this journey with you.

Thank you.

It truly feeds my soul and I hope it feeds yours in return.

Storage Tip: The small baby arugula and spicy mix this time of year tends to get slimy sooner. Eat them up or give them a fresh dunk in cool water if you don't use them up in a handful of days.
