Posted on June 23rd, 2021 by Mhonpaj Lee

Hello ! Thank you for the patience this week as we work out the CSA deliveries and shortage of zucchini and lettuce.

This week we are featuring garlic scape. Here is a recipe for garlic scape and Malabar spinach!

This week we got rain! Yea but still not enough so we will keep praying for more rain.

We purchased a used Kabota tractor so we can get tilling done quicker and and all the other road mainteance. We have been using a hand tiller and weeding by hoe for the last fifteen years so we are excited to be able to do that.

Fencing is in and irrigation is in. Sweet potato slips came in so we will be planting those in this week.

Thank you for your continued support. There will be a few articles coming out about how weather has affected us and we will share the journal once it comes out.

Please click like and submit pictures of what you are cooking with all the vegetables for our first time csa members and customers!
