We are excited that you are taking the leap to eat local, eat healthy, and support your regional food system. Yay!
Here are a few important steps to take now that you've joined:
- Make sure you add farmers@robinettefarms.com to your contacts list in your email. We don't want you to miss out on important information about your box contents and deliveries.
- Make sure your phone number and address are correct in your Harvie profile. This way you always have the choice to receive Home Delivery any week you may need or want this option (for an additional fee).
- Be sure to update your product preferences in your profile. We are constantly adding new items so be sure to continue setting preferences periodically. This will also help the software "build" better starter boxes for you!
- We will text you a reminder to pick up your box. Refer to Step 2 above to make sure the phone number you enter in your Harvie profile is your correct cell number. This way you'll never miss out on your box just because you forgot!
- Bookmark this page of Harvie FAQs and read through them briefly so you know all the awesome ins and outs of what you can do in your Harvie account. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with how our program works! We are here to help if you have questions.
- Join our private Facebook Group for Members to get recipe ideas, watch unboxing videos, and get helpful information from us.
